  This 2-Part sleeve base is designed to be permanently installed in concrete. Base is flush with ground surface when umbrella is removed. A very attractive installation method for patio pavers over a sand base leaving only the rotating foot pedal visible. Multiple bases will allow you to easily slip your umbrella from the base and move it to another location. See installation instructions here.
